Beta Program Terms

Thanks for jumping into the beta! This is an early-access product, and your support helps us finish development and make this the best version possible.

What to Expect

This is a beta, meaning the product isn’t fully finished yet. You may run into bugs, glitches, or changes along the way — and that’s normal. That’s why we need awesome testers like you!

Because this is a prototype run, beta units are non-refundable, and we can’t guarantee full functionality until the final release. But don’t worry — we’re committed to improving everything throughout the beta, and repairing any bugs ASAP!

Ongoing Development & Support

We’re actively developing the hardware and app, and we’ll push updates as they’re ready. If you hit issues, we’ll do our best to help you out as quickly as possible.

Hardware Upgrade Perks

If we release updated hardware during the beta or something happens to your FCU, beta testers can purchase an upgraded (or replacement) unit at 50% off. This discount lasts until the beta ends and applies to any hardware changes that may happen during the program.

Firmware & App Updates

Firmware will be updated through the app. In rare cases, hardware changes might be necessary. If your unit gets damaged or needs swapping, that’s where your beta discount comes in!
