What it does

The Catalyst Gen 2 is a programmable HPA fire control unit (FCU). It gives you precise dwell and delay tuning plus independent primary and secondary fire modes, all set with a 4-position switch and two buttons.

Features

• Fire modes: safe, semi, full auto, binary, 2-round burst, 3-round burst (6 modes, 36 selector combinations)
• Controls: 4-position switch (Dwell, Delay, Mode 1, Mode 2) and two buttons
• Readout: two LEDs blink your settings in tens and ones. Hold “+” for 3 seconds to check any setting.
• Durability: buttons rated for roughly 1,000,000 clicks

Compatibility

Works with virtually every solenoid-driven HPA engine. Not compatible with engines that move the nozzle with an electromagnet (such as the Spark Labs Wolf) or with the Backdraft Wyvern, which runs on the Catalyst Wireless. It works with Polarstar-style V2 and V3 trigger boards.

Harness: the Catalyst Gen 2 only works with its own harness (the one in this kit, also sold as the Wire Harness | Catalyst Gen 1-2). It will not connect to harnesses from other brands or to the Catalyst Wireless harness.
