Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Field Test Guarantee
Try it in your gun. If it’s not for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- What’s refunded: the full price of the product(s) you return.
- Shipping isn’t refunded: the cost of the original shipping is not refunded. If your order shipped free, the cost of our shipping label is deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping: you pay to ship the item back to us.
- Installed and tried is OK: you can install and use the product, but it must come back complete and free of damage beyond normal installation and use.
- Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Beta products: products sold through our beta testing program follow the Beta Testing Warranty.
- Digital goods: downloadable files are not eligible for return.
