Policies

All orders made online will include shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Due to the nature of product testing, items purchased during pre-release beta testing are not available for return, however parts that go through changes before the official release will be sent or exchanged for free! (Plus Shipping) Beta orders can be cancelled prior to shipment.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in new condition. Return postage not included. Cancellations are accepted prior to shipment, no-questions-asked. For products in pre-release beta testing see the Beta Tester Return Policy. Digital goods are not available for return.
Defective parts will be replaced for free within a year of the purchase date. Shipping not included.
